Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Supercraft provides digital game server hosting. Because there is no physical product to return, our policy focuses on refunds for new customers.

2-Day Refund Policy

New customers can request a full refund within the first 2 calendar days of their first subscription. Refunds do not apply to renewals or subsequent upgrades.

How to request

  • Cancel the server in your panel during the first 48 hours.
  • Contact support at support@supercraft.host or via Discord with your email and server ID.

Refunds are processed by the payment vendor and typically appear within 1–5 business days. Refunded services may be terminated immediately.

Exclusions

  • Requests after 2 days or for recurring invoices are not eligible.
  • Accounts violating our Terms of Service are not eligible.

Terms of Service

General

By using this service you agree to be bound by these Terms. We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time.

Billing

We use Stripe for secure payment processing. Each of your servers will be billed automatically every month to the Stripe/PayPal account associated with your SuperCraft account. All monthly charges will be visible in your customer Control Panel.

Cancellation

The server can be cancelled at any time. Once has been cancelled, the associated Stripe/PayPal subscription is also cancelled. There shall be no further charges. Note, that all invoices created while your subscription was active (but were not collected due to e.g. lack of funds) can be collected by Stripe/Paypal even after you cancelled. After cancelling the server itself is not deleted, is running and is available till the end of the paid period. You may or may not decide to use it. Later on, when the paid period has passed, it is subject to disabling and deletion. If your cancellation is refunded, the server is immediately deleted. Account deletion triggers server(s) cancellation. Cancelling a subscription is customer's responsibility. The fact you are not using doesn't mean we don't have to pay for the resources allocated for you. After you have cancelled, please make sure the status of your subscription changed and whether you got a confirmation email. Request for a refund on the basis of forgetting to cancel (but not intending to use further) will be rejected.

2-Day Refund Policy

New customers are entitled to a refund during their first 2 days of using the service, i.e. first 2 days of being a customer (2 days inclusive of the 1st one). Refunds do not apply to recurring payments. The customer is entitled only to one refund. Subsequent refunds for new subscriptions (including upgrades) will be rejected. Refund requests submitted more than a day from cancellation will be rejected. Refund is processed by the payment vendor and takes usually 1-5 working days. Refunded (and cancelled service) may be immediately terminated. Upon termination, there is no further obligation for support. The refunded amount will be decreased by the payment processor fee (which PayPal and Stripe don't return back).

Refunds are not guaranteed for accounts violating these Terms.

Warranties

This service is provided “as is” without any warranty. Service may be interrupted at any time. Your server may be deleted by us at any time. If it happens without notice, you will be refunded for the current billing period (given the reason was not related to the terms violation). When with a month's notice, then is not subject to refund.

If you don't cancel, but your payment can't be collected (it is tried a few times) - we stop your server, disable it and schedule for deletion.

Support is provided by email and Discord (request w/o account details may not be supported). Typically we respond to every request and sometimes it is in a matter of minutes, sometimes hours. Note, however, that it's a "best effort" model (no SLA defined) and we have to assess priorities according to the plan tier and the issue itself. Problems with the service are treated with the highest priority, but by comparison e.g. questions about game tweaks coming from S-plan subscribers have the lowest priority.

Conditions Classified as "Service Not Available"

  1. The administrative panel interface is inaccessible, preventing game management.
  2. Lack of technical capability to initiate a game server, hindering the ability to recreate or set up a new (fresh) game session.
  3. Unavailability of technical means to establish a connection to a game server. Note: Issues on the customer's side are excluded from this condition.

Conditions Not Classified as "Service Not Available"

  1. Data loss attributable to in-game bugs.
  2. Suboptimal frames per second (FPS) performance, as this is subjectively evaluated.
  3. Ping levels not meeting user expectations, which can also be subjective and influenced by the user's network conditions.
  4. Game or modification instability, such as process crashes, not considered a service availability issue.

Acceptable use


Your service may be stopped if you are found to be using it for unlawful or unintended activities. This also includes intended acts of negative PR like e.g. unjust negative reviews, hateful comments, hate speech etc.

Hey everyone. Just an update on my server experience thus far. At first I was having some minor issues and thought. Yup, low cost low performance and was getting negative. Within 24 hours, the server was up and running on Darkness Falls Large Map. Which if you do not know is a 12k map. So of course, in the beginning it was smooth. I thought for sure, as we built more structures and mining and the like , that the performance would degrade to the point of unplayable. To my delight. We have gotten to the final quests of DF and the Lab. We have full Laser tech and huge underground and above ground bases. The server has some normal, slowness at certain times. Such as when you are in a confined space with 60 Zombies throwing fire at you and all of the spitters making life miserable. It is more than playable. So to end this. For the price, this has been a fantastic experience and I did not have to pay the stupid over the top prices other hosts charge for the RAM and such. Very pleased thus far. Now going to give Sorcery a go here.
