General
What Data We Collect
When ordering or registering on our site, you may be asked to provide your login credentials and email address.
Use of Information
We use the information you provide when placing an order solely to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except as necessary to complete that order.
We use reply-to email addresses to respond to emails we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.
You can register with our website to receive our newsletter and updates on new products and services. Information you submit on our website will not be used for this purpose unless you complete the registration form.
Public Server Pages
Publishing a public page for your server is optional and off by default. If you turn it on, the details you choose to publish are shown on supercraft.host and may be indexed by search engines: the server name, description, tags, rules, banner image, region, game version, mod count, and the live player count. You can turn the page off at any time from your panel. We then stop serving it and notify search engines to remove it.
Community Server Directory
If you submit a server that you host somewhere else, we store the address and ports you provide so we can check whether the server is online, the contact email address if you choose to give one, and the IP address the submission came from. The submission IP address is used only to prevent abuse and is deleted 30 days after the listing is reviewed. A contact email address is used only to reach you about your listing.
Server Performance Measurements
For every server we host we record how much processor time, memory, disk and network activity it uses, and whether players are connected. We use this to size our hardware, to spot problems, and to help diagnose faults when you contact support. We keep these measurements for as long as we operate the service. Where we publish figures derived from them, they are aggregates covering many servers and never identify a customer or a server.

Use of Cookies
The Supercraft website may use "cookies" to help personalize your online experience. A cookie is a text file placed on your hard disk by a web page server. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer. Cookies are uniquely assigned to you and can only be read by a web server in the domain that issued the cookie.
