ARK: Survival Ascended "No Sessions Found" Fix
If your ARK: Survival Ascended dedicated server is running but the client shows "No Sessions Found", the server may still be healthy. ASA has had repeated browser-side issues where the real problem is filtering, session advertising, client overlay weirdness, or a port/query mismatch rather than total server failure.
Check the Basic Session Values
SessionName=My ASA Server
-Port=7777
-QueryPort=27015
-RCONPort=27020
| Problem | What to Check |
|---|---|
| Server runs but never appears | Ports, query path, and browser filter selection |
| Some players see it, others do not | Client-side filter or overlay issue |
| After an update the list is empty | Give ASA a full client restart and verify files if needed |
Fix Order
- Make sure players are browsing the correct server category and filters.
- Confirm the game port and query port are both open and mapped correctly.
- Retest after a full client restart, not just returning to the menu.
- Verify the client launch path if only one machine shows no sessions.
- Use direct favorites or server IP testing where possible while the browser catches up.
Common ASA quirk: sometimes the server is healthy and only the browser path is broken or filtered incorrectly on the client. Do not assume the world is dead just because the list is empty.
