FAQ

You need a free Cfx.re license key for your server to appear in the public FiveM server list and for players to reliably connect. Grab one at keymaster.fivem.net, paste it into the panel, and restart. Private / LAN-only cities can launch without a key — you’ll just connect by direct IP.

Yes. Upload your preferred framework via the web file manager or FTP into resources/[framework], add the ensure / start lines to server.cfg, and restart. MySQL via oxmysql / ghmattimysql works the same way — we don’t lock you to a single framework.

FXServer ships with txAdmin bundled. We run the game process for you and expose resource, config and backup controls from the Supercraft panel. If you need direct txAdmin access on your server, open a support ticket — we’ll help wire it up.

Yes. Set sv_enforceGameBuild (2189, 2545, 2699, 2802, 2944, 3095, …) from the config panel so Rockstar’s newer client updates don’t silently break your resources. Artifact versions roll forward with server repo updates and can be re-pinned after a restart.

Plan S supports up to 8 players, Plan M up to 16, and Plan L up to 32. Your configured sv_maxclients can’t exceed your plan cap. OneSync / OneSync Infinity modes are supported on all plans.

Yes — drag & drop via the web file manager, or connect over FTP. Resources live in resources/, server config in data/server.cfg. Restart the server from the panel to pick up changes.

Yes. Move your server between regions from the panel without wiping resources, database, or player progress.

Automated snapshots plus on-demand backups cover your resources/, server.cfg, and framework data. MySQL dumps should be scheduled inside your framework (ESX/QBCore both ship presets).

FiveM plans start at $5.99/mo for up to 8 players (S), $11.99/mo for 16 players (M), and $21.99/mo for 32 players (L). All plans include txAdmin support, FTP access, DDoS protection, and backups.

Yes. In My Account → Subscriptions, you can upgrade to a higher tier of the same game with the same billing cadence (for example, monthly to monthly). Downgrades are not available right now. During an upgrade, your deployment is updated in place (quota update + restart), not wiped and recreated.
