The Lizard Doggo is the beloved mascot of Satisfactory. Beyond their cuteness, they are an essential part of an optimized factory, acting as a renewable source of rare items like Power Slugs and even Mycelium.

How to Tame Your Doggo

Taming Step-by-Step

1. Find Paleberries: These are found on small bushes in Grassy biomes and forests. They grow back after harvesting, providing renewable food source.
2. Locate a Doggo: Listen for chirping sounds. Look for creatures standing alone or in pairs near resource areas.
3. Approach Slowly: When you see a Doggo, walk (don't run) toward it. Stop when it starts to back away and shows yellow heart.
4. The Offering: Open your inventory and drag a single Paleberry onto the ground near the Doggo.
5. Wait Patiently: Back away a few steps and wait for the Doggo to approach and eat the berry. This may take 10-30 seconds.
6. Pet and Complete: Once it finishes eating and hearts disappear, approach and press E to pet it. The Doggo will become tamed.
7. Name Your Doggo: When tamed, press Z to name it. Choose a memorable name!

Taming Tips and Tricks

• Crouch Walking: Use crouch walking (Ctrl) to move quietly and avoid startling the Doggo.
• Multiple Attempts: Some Doggos are skittish. You may need multiple berries and attempts.
