Protecting Areas with WorldGuard

Keep your spawn point safe from griefers using WorldGuard and WorldEdit.

Prerequisite

You need both WorldEdit and WorldGuard plugins installed.

Creating a Region

  1. Get a wooden axe: //wand.
  2. Left-click one corner of your spawn area.
  3. Right-click the opposite diagonal corner.
  4. Define the region: /rg define spawnzone.

Flags (Rules)

Control what players can do in the region:

/rg flag spawnzone pvp deny # Disable fighting /rg flag spawnzone block-break deny # Prevent griefing /rg flag spawnzone mob-spawning deny # No monsters /rg flag spawnzone invincible allow # Godmode for players
