Satisfactory 1.0: All New Features & Changes
On September 10, 2024, Satisfactory left Early Access and officially launched version 1.0. This update is the largest in the game's history, adding the final end-game tiers, a complete narrative story, and massive performance optimizations.
1. New Technology: Tier 9
Tier 9 is the final frontier of Ficsit technology. It introduces high-tech buildings and the most complex production chains yet.
- Quantum Encoder: The centerpiece of Tier 9, used to create advanced items like Neural-Quantum Processors and Superposition Oscillators.
- Converter: Allows for the transmutation of resources, such as turning Raw Quartz into Limestone or reciprocally, using high energy.
- Portals: End-game fast travel! Use the new Alien Technology to warp between distant factory hubs.
2. Logistics & Transport
Logistics have been supercharged to handle the massive throughput required for Tier 9.

4. Map & Biome Updates
Several areas of the map have been polished or completely overhauled:
- The Abyss Cliffs: Now fully detailed with unique flora.
- Cave Overhaul: Most caves in the world have been redesigned to be more immersive and dangerous.
- Paradise Island: Removed from the map to focus on the core playable area.
