Soulmask Tribal Warfare Guide

Soulmask: Tribal Warfare & Raiding

Tribal warfare in Soulmask revolves around raid windows, base durability, and battering ram tiers. This guide focuses on the mechanics that actually decide fights: when raids are allowed, which tools damage which structures, and how to prepare defensively.

Warfare Essentials

  • Raids are time-gated: Building damage is typically allowed only during PvP/raid windows.
  • Rams matter: Battering rams are required to destroy most structures.
  • Server rules vary: Always check your server's raid window and PvP rules.

Raid Windows (PvP Time)

Official servers list a raid window in the server name, usually shown in UTC. Outside of those hours, building damage is restricted or disabled.

  • Example format: UTC18~06 (time window embedded in the server name)
  • Private servers: The owner may set different raid rules or disable building damage entirely.

Battering Ram Tiers

Battering rams are the primary siege tool. Higher-tier rams are required for higher-tier building materials. Always check the in-game description to confirm what a ram can damage.

Ram Tier Typical Use Notes
Wood & Stone Ram Thatch/early structures Cannot damage higher-tier wooden buildings
Bronze Ram Mid-tier structures Unlocks after early PvP progression
Iron Ram High-tier structures Stronger durability damage
Steel Ram Endgame structures Most effective vs reinforced bases

Official PvP Server Unlock Schedule

On official PvP servers, higher-tier rams unlock as the server ages:

Server AgeRams Unlocked
Day 1Wood & Stone
Day 3Bronze
Day 7Iron & Steel

Attack Planning Checklist

  • Confirm raid hours: Do not waste siege supplies outside the raid window.
  • Match the ram tier: Bring the correct ram for the target material.
  • Scout weak points: Look for exposed doors, thin walls, or single-layer defenses.
  • Bring sustain: Food, backup rams, and repair materials keep momentum.

Defense Checklist

  • Layered walls: Mix materials so attackers need multiple ram tiers.
  • Air gaps: Create buffer spaces to reduce splash/ram efficiency.
  • Secure storage: Keep valuables in internal rooms behind multiple layers.
  • Raid window coverage: Make sure tribe members can defend during PvP hours.

Common Problems

"We cannot damage their base"

Verify you are inside the raid window and using a ram tier that matches the structure material.

"Our base is getting deleted too fast"

Increase layer depth and avoid single-wall storage rooms. Mix materials to force multiple ram tiers.

Raid Ready Hosting: Supercraft hosts Soulmask servers with configurable raid windows, backup scheduling, and fast SSD storage for large tribes.

We don't host Soulmask

These guides stay published because they are useful, but Soulmask is not a server you can rent from us. Have a look at what we do run instead.
