Yes. In My Account → Subscriptions, you can upgrade to a higher tier of the same game with the same billing cadence (for example, monthly to monthly). Downgrades are not available right now. During an upgrade, your deployment is updated in place (quota update + restart), not wiped and recreated.

Yes. Subnautica 2 supports full crossplay between PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC at launch (May 14, 2026). Players on different platforms can join the same dedicated server, and progress carries across platforms via cross-progression. Our Subnautica 2 servers are crossplay-ready out of the box — no special configuration required.

Subnautica 2 enters Early Access on May 14, 2026 across PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC (Steam + Epic). Pre-deploying a Supercraft dedicated server before launch means your crew can join within seconds of the game going live — no wait for first-time provisioning during the launch-day rush.

Subnautica 2 supports up to 4 players in co-op at launch (per Unknown Worlds’ announcements). Plan S handles 2-3 players comfortably; Plan M is the recommended tier for full 4-player co-op with persistent base-building and long sessions. Larger plans give headroom for heavily modded servers post-launch.
