How long this takes on your server
Egg hatch time in Palworld is a server setting, PalEggDefaultHatchingTime, not a fixed game value. It is the single largest factor in how long Aegidron takes, and it is the reason two players report wildly different times for the same breed. To change it, stop the server, then edit the value inside the single OptionSettings=(...) line of PalWorldSettings.ini. The server rewrites that file when it shuts down, so an edit made while it runs is lost. For example, half an hour for a huge egg:

Plan the IVs before you commit
The pair decides which Pal you get; it does not decide the stats.
